Viaduct Developments started out in 1992 and was originally known as “Stans’ Joinery” carrying out only small top end joinery contracts for private individuals.

It quickly grew and became Stanley Construction, employing subcontractors as it branched out into a more broad scope of overall construction works, the emphasis always being on top end quality jobs, whether they be private and commercial contracts, or complete property developments.

Viaduct Developments was finally set up in 1995, when my father joined the business, since then we have been trading in every area of the construction industry with projects ranging from small domestic contracts such as kitchen and bathroom fitting to complete renovations of houses, new build, and bespoke timber frame houses.

In addition, in recent years we have also developed parts of the company to include specialist areas such as stove installation, flood recovery, timber preservation treatments, damp proofing and tanking systems.

We have always had, and always will have, the same ideology for any contract/development -

“if it’s not good enough for my house, then it’s not good enough for the clients”
